Returns & Store Credit Policy

At THE YRD, each piece is thoughtfully crafted with intention and care. As a custom-focused brand, we encourage all customers to review their order details carefully prior to purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. This includes custom line jackets, embroidered garments, personalized designs, and any item produced specifically to customer specifications.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure design services, materials, and production time and cannot be returned or transferred once an order has been confirmed.

Ready-to-Ship (Non-Custom) Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Returned with all original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit has no cash value and may be applied toward a future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we may review and resolve the matter.

Final Sale

Sale items, clearance items, deposits, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
